AIJU searchs to increase STEM knowledge in high school students

Last January 17th and 18th, the first meeting of STEMJAM Project was held, whose main objective is to improve students capacities in STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

This Project is atended by Engeba School (Spain), Sultantepe Secondary School (Turkey), ZS10 IT School (Poland) and Berenini Technical School (Italy).

In addition to pretending that students improve in these STEM activities, the aim is to pupils get better outcomes in: digital competence, enhance their horizontal skills, initiative and creativity, cooperative teamwork, improvement of English language skills, better inclusion and equity in education for its collaborative aspect.

The role of AIJU in the project is to contribute its extensive experience in the field of Technology, in addition to the product development and applications. They will experiment with students in educational robotics, such as Arduino and related sensors, and Augmented Reality applications to obtain information for transfer to product development.
